If you would like to consult with me, I do have some available appointments open starting October 4th, you may call my receptionist at 514.488.5182 to book time with me. She has my entire schedule and can take care of any requests for Coaching, Fitness Assessments, Personal Training, Nutrition or to participate in the Ultimate Detox Program.

If you have a media, video or consultation request, please contact my personal assistant Tammi Cobrin at tammicobrin@hotmail.com, she will be able to confirm my on-going availabilities and take phone or in-person appointments and to plan for any travel arrangements that need to be made accordingly.
